Job Overview
The Archway is seeking a Part‑time Bilingual Client Advocate to assist shelter residents with daily living needs and provide general support. The role also includes ensuring the safety of residents, staff, and the building with minimal direct supervision.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living needs and general support.
Provide shelter coverage, conduct intake assessments and resident orientations.
Maintain and update the client database.
Prepare rooms for new residents and conduct safety checks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, sociology preferred or at least six months of experience in a residential facility, shelter or similar environment.
Bilingual in Spanish required.
Compensation
