Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical (MST) joining our nursing team is dedicated to making communities healthier ®. Your experience matters as you provide exceptional care as an RN in a 40+ bed medical‑surgical unit offering a 1:6 patient ratio.
How You'll Contribute
Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.

Qualifications
Arizona or Compact State RN license required.
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
