Position Overview
Full-time Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Residency Program in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities
Provide pastoral/spiritual care to Hillcrest Medical Center patients, families, and staff.
Reflect on pastoral encounters as a basis for learning.
Work in an interdisciplinary, ecumenical, interfaith, and multicultural environment.
Assess and identify patient and family needs and provide coverage for crisis intervention.
Maintain a working relationship between the pastoral care department, medical staff, and other departments.
Provide pastoral services to achieve institutional and departmental objectives.
Participate in on‑call rotation on weekdays and Sundays.
Accept and fulfill additional departmental responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
One previous CPE unit required.
Faith group affiliation.
Less than 1 year of experience.
