Position Summary

Provides clinical mental health services to children, families, and adults in an outpatient community mental health clinic, client homes, or community‑based locations such as schools. Responsibilities will include intakes, diagnosis, case management, and mental health treatment services to identified clients.
Work Schedule

Monday‑Friday business hours; must work two nights per week until 7pm.
Responsibilities

Provide intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing culturally sensitive treatment to children, families, and adults using evidence‑based practices.
Complete required documentation within the identified timeframes.
Develop clinical treatment plans focused on client strengths, culture, needs, and goals within the briefest time frame for successful achievement.
Maintain encounters/productivity of 60% of reportable/billable services.
Participate in ongoing continuous quality improvement to ensure services provided demonstrate best‑practice standards and meet all contractual requirements.
Actively participate in individual and group supervision, clinical staff meetings, and other multidisciplinary meetings.
Staff cases which require specialist consultations and psychiatric consultation as required.
Coordinate client treatment with schools, physicians, and other community resources and referrals to community services whenever necessary.
Observe confidentiality in all related program functions with staff and clients.
Establish and maintain working relationships with other community mental health providers, primary care, and other referral sources.
Provide routine services and on‑call coverage outside of standard business hours if required by assigned program or team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or a related field leading to eligibility for clinical licensure.
Two years of experience working with children, families, and adults in a professional outpatient setting.
Valid Washington driver’s license and minimum required liability insurance for WA State.
Must be deemed insurable as determined by Catholic Charities liability insurance provider.
Operate from a strengths‑based perspective.
Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills and excellent documentation skills.
Ability to provide service in a culturally sensitive manner.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to work in a collaborative manner with referral sources.
Ability to represent the agency in a professional manner within the community.
Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements

This position normally requires the physical demands of standing, walking, bending, lifting or performing other work requiring low physical exertion, talking and hearing on a regular basis to perform the job requirements. These physical demands are required up to 80% of the time. Position also requires ability to drive with adequate vision.
Employment Is Conditional Upon

Being cleared by criminal background check and fingerprinting when required.
Compliance with policy regarding disclosure of outside employment for purposes of evaluating potential conflicts.
