PittBradford — an NCAA Division III institution — is seeking a Women’s Lacrosse Coach Intern. This is a temporary, on‑site, 10‑month position.

Primarily reporting to the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach, the Assistant Lacrosse Coach (Intern) will assist in all phases of the program. Responsibilities include coaching and teaching (75%) and administrative duties (25%).

Coaching Responsibilities

Assist with and provide instruction during practices and games.

Support player development through individual and team training sessions.

Provide strategic analysis for games and practices.

Recruiting Responsibilities

Assist with both on‑campus and off‑campus recruiting efforts.

Coordinate campus visits for prospective student‑athletes.

Administrative Duties

Monitor academic progress and provide support for student‑athletes.

Assist with game‑day management and event operations as needed.

Wage: Pennsylvania state minimum wage at approximately 37.5 hours per week. This position includes housing and a meal plan.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of 1 year of playing and/or coaching experience at the college level.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a diverse community.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment.

First Aid, CPR, and AED Certifications required.
