Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility. Support a friendly, positive, and professional environment. Deliver assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

Licensed Speech/Language Pathologist (SLP-MO)

Minimum 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)

SSN and DOB verification required

Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with travel assignments

Knowledge of Rehab Optima or similar systems
