Position:
Rehab Technician
Schedule:
Full-time. Monday – Friday: start 7:30 AM & one weekend per month.

Responsibilities
Perform patient‑related tasks assigned by therapist.
Lifts patients to/from mats, treatment and tilt tables, wheelchairs and other equipment as appropriate.
Assist patients with transfer activities to all surfaces.
Assist patients with donning/doffing appliances specific to the facility/department.
Position patients in parallel bars and prepare them for standing with appropriate orthotic/prosthetic devices and equipment.
Transport patients to/from therapy as needed.
Assist therapist with other patient‑related treatment activities and equipment.
Assist with patient‑related activities including equipment set‑up and patient positioning in preparation for therapy sessions as outlined in the state practice directory.
Minimum Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Certified BLS or completion of BLS within the first 90 days of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
One or more years of hospital experience as a therapy aide.
