Internship Overview
First American's Internship Program is a full-time, 10-12 week paid internship. As a First American Intern you will work in a program designed to help you gain experience and develop the technical, professional and interpersonal skills that will be invaluable throughout your career. You will gain exposure to working in a corporate environment within the Financial/Title Industry – balanced with intern‑specific activities, executive level presentations and networking opportunities – while under the guidance of a manager and/or mentor. Undergraduate students are assigned significant work assignments to support specific business functions including Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, Accounting and Finance.
What You'll Bring
Junior or senior undergraduate students currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, with 0‑2 years of related work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Strong problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accountability for work quality
Demonstrated potential to excel in the following competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Ethics & Integrity, Teamwork & Adaptability, and Productivity & Initiative
Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
