Clinical Supervisor / RN, Hospice (Full‑time, onsite)

Location: Norwood, MA. Remote/Virtual Position: No. Coverage Area: Norwood, MA office location.

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year. Schedule: Monday – Friday with administrative on‑call.

Offer Based on Years of Experience.

Associate degree preferred.

Certified Hospice Nurse (CHPN) preferred.

Three+ years of experience in hospice, home health, general medical‑surgery, oncology, or patient population‑specific nursing (e.g., geriatrics, pediatric).

Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.

Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role (preferred).

Licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.

Meet the regulations and requirements of the state(s) in which the program provides services.

Responsibilities

Supervise direct patient and family care team members, in collaboration with program site leadership.

Responsible for scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties.

Ensure all initial assessments and required reassessments are conducted by qualified team members within required time frames, including documentation submissions.

Oversee and support the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) in development, implementation, and review of the interdi‑ciplinary plan of care for each patient and family.

Collaborate with program site leadership to monitor, manage, and mentor staff in patient care activities, productivity, and documentation per related policies and protocols.

Participate and promote Back to Bedside efforts in reinforcing case‑management skills, knowledge and attitude per protocol for all disciplines.

Collaborate with site leadership to support staff education efforts.

Facilitate IDG meetings and provide ongoing IDG support such as triaging incoming calls, providing caller support and assistance, and performing quality calls.

Participate in or lead quality improvement activities, including data collection and aggregation as able.

Reinforce and support all internal and external communications.
