Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to join their team. As an IT Help Desk technician, you will be part of the IT Support team supporting employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with PCs, printers, and other peripherals.
Set up, configure, and image computers and devices for new and existing employees.
Assist with creating and updating user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Support employees with password resets, email issues, and basic application questions.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in IT or a related field is a plus.
0/1 year of experience in an IT support, help desk, or customer service role (internship or volunteer experience accepted).
Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
Ability to troubleshoot common PC, printer, and network connectivity issues.
Strong customer service skills with a helpful, patient, and professional attitude.
