Work Location:

Santa Ana, CA 92704
Schedule:

Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Training Requirement:

First 3 months onsite, 5 days per week in Santa Ana
Pay Range:

$28–$32 per hour
What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary contact for internal users needing technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues involving Windows / macOS workstations
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office)
Password resets and account access
Printers, peripherals, and basic networking
Log, categorize, prioritize, and manage support tickets accurately
Perform remote troubleshooting using approved support tools
Support employee onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and deactivation
Document solutions and contribute to IT knowledge base improvements
What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
Experience with Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, and remote support tools
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Qualifications

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
