Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal (Bilingual in Spanish)
We are seeking an experienced
Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal
to join our growing legal team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with strong plaintiff-side personal injury experience who is
bilingual in Spanish
and comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or litigation
Conduct client intake and maintain ongoing client communication in Spanish
Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and related documents
Coordinate treatment, liens, and settlements with clients, providers, and insurance companies
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Maintain accurate case files, calendars, and deadlines
Requirements
Prior plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience (required)
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
– written and spoken
Strong knowledge of personal injury procedures, deadlines, and insurance claims
Excellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
