Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) — Night shift PCU RN / Travel Nurse
Hours per Week: 36

Job Requirements
Active RN license (current and in good standing)
Minimum 1 year of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or telemetry experience
BLS certification (required)
Comfortable working night shifts and adapting to a fast‑paced acute care environment
Strong clinical assessment, cardiac monitoring (telemetry), and communication skills
Ability to follow hospital orientation, policies, and dress code (navy, white, or combination for RNs)
Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and telemetry settings
Monitor and assess patient conditions, respond promptly to clinical changes, and elevate concerns as needed
Administer medications and treatments safely, including IV medications and cardiac therapies as indicated
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff) to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient information accurately and timely using the facility's electronic health record (EHR/EMR)
Participate in hospital orientation, adhere to facility protocols, and support unit‑based quality and safety initiatives
