Role Description
Madico is seeking full-time Coating Operators / Mixing Operators for its on-site facility in Pinellas Park, FL. The role involves operating coating and mixing equipment, monitoring production processes, measuring, and mixing materials, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. Operators will also perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and comply with safety protocols to uphold the quality of Madico’s innovative film products.
Qualifications
Experience with operating and troubleshooting production equipment
Knowledge of measuring, mixing, and handling raw materials
Attention to detail, quality assurance, and safety compliance
Basic understanding of machine maintenance processes
Ability to interpret and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus
Prior experience in manufacturing or coating operations is preferred
