Job Title
Camera Service Technician

We’re looking for a hands‑on Camera Service Technician to support and maintain camera systems in Nashville. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomous break/fix work and troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair camera system issues including hardware failures, connectivity and WiFi issues, power and cabling problems, and IP‑related issues.
Troubleshoot systems on‑site and determine root cause during arrival.
Test power and connectivity using tools such as a multimeter.
Set up static IP addresses.
Replace failed equipment and process RMAs when hardware is defective.
Install replacement cameras.
Coordinate repair timing with a scheduler.
Document work, upload photos, and manage tickets.
Schedule & Work Environment
Primarily 2nd shift (~6:00 PM‑2:00 AM). Occasional daytime or weekend work may be required. Comfortable working evening
ight shifts; reliable transportation required.
Qualifications
Experience working with cameras and DVR systems.
Strong break/fix troubleshooting skills.
Hands‑on experience with multimeters, cabling and power testing, connectivity and WiFi troubleshooting, and static IP configuration.
Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Comfortable working evening
ight shifts.
Tools & Equipment
The technician must supply basic hand tools, including cabling tools, a drill, and a multimeter.
Job Type & Location
Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $28.00–$32.00/hr. Benefits, if eligible, may include medical, dental & vision, critical illness, accident and hospital, 401(k) retirement plan (pre‑tax and Roth), voluntary life & AD&D, short and long‑term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, and time off/leave.
