Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. This position involves MIG/TIG and Stik welding, reading fabrication drawings, and producing high-quality weldments while meeting production and quality standards. Consistent attendance and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain consistent, reliable daily attendance
Review drawings and work instructions for accuracy, quantities, and revisions
Perform fabrication work including MIG and TIG welding
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
Communicate material and component needs to management
Create cut lists for saw, plasma, and laser operations
Fit and tack weld assemblies and weldments
Build jigs or fixtures for higher-volume production runs
Inspect dimensions, weld quality, appearance, and overall workmanship
Take responsibility for the quality of all work performed
Assist other welders/fabricators as needed and work as part of a team
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety, quality, and workplace guidelinesPerform other duties as assigned
Performance Expectations

Effective management of work orders from fabrication through completion
Timely delivery of projects
High‑quality, neat, and consistent workmanship
Clean and efficient shop practices
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of MIG and TIG welding/fabrication experience
Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
Working knowledge of shop equipment including shear, brake press, plasma cutter, ironworker, drill press, saws, and related tools
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively
