ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Intern, you will support engineering and production teams by assisting with data entry, drawing revisions, and project documentation within an ERP system. This role provides hands‑on exposure to construction and manufacturing processes, including creating pour sheets, helping with material ordering, and supporting project coordination tasks. You will gain practical experience in a fast‑paced environment while learning key aspects of drafting, production planning, and project execution.
Salary range $20 - $24. Based on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist with entering Data for Concrete Vision (ERP System) as directed
Revises drawings as necessary
Creates individual pour sheets for Production to produce each piece needed
Learn how to order steel, insulation, and other material according to what is needed for each project
Completes special projects as requested and performs other duties as assigned
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a
motivated and detail-oriented
student currently pursuing a drafting or related degree who is eager to learn in a construction and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has
strong communication skills , basic knowledge of construction drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office. This individual is
organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
while meeting deadlines and working both independently and as part of a team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
High School Diploma or GED
Currently pursuing a 2-4‑year drafting degree
Strong interpersonal communication skills for team and one‑on‑one collaboration
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
General math skills with the ability to read blueprints and plans
Basic understanding of construction practices
Ability to meet deadlines and follow project schedules
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and related software
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to complete tasks independently
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional visits to active plant and field locations are required based on operational needs.
Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required while in the plant and field.
Must be able to stand, walk, and navigate active plant and field environments as needed.
Must be able to climb stairs, walk on uneven surfaces, and safely move through industrial work areas.
May be exposed to moving equipment, machinery, and other standard industrial hazards.
May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, as well as noise, dust, and vibration.
