Position Description
Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program.
BLS and ACLS (current on hire) Current state nursing license.
PALS or NRP (current or obtained within 90 days of employment) in required specialty.
CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
Qualifications
Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care setting.
Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program.
BLS and ACLS certifications current on hire.
Current state nursing license.
PALS or NRP certification required within 90 days of employment if applicable.
Completing CPI within 30 days of hire.
