
Certified Nurse Midwife

Hospital based Nurse Midwife needs. Looking to hire 3 CNMs. Combo of outpatient M-F and 24 hr L/D coverage shifts. Competitive salary + bonuses + full benefits.
Job Function
Deliver full‑spectrum perinatal and GYN care while helping refine the innovative midwifery–OB care model.
Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered support before, during, and after pregnancy to promote best‑in‑class outcomes.
Work a Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM) with participation in rotational overnight, weekend, and holiday call.
Schedule, anticipate, but it can change with more hires – 2‑3 clinic shifts/week and 1.5‑24hr hospital shifts/week.
Provide full‑scope midwifery care—including labor, birth, postpartum, and GYN services.
Manage patient care throughout all phases of pregnancy, partnering with an interdisciplinary team on risk assessment, care planning, consultations, and transfers to MD care per protocol.
Enhance patient communication, contribute to clinical protocol development, and support resident education on midwifery and collaborative care models.
Job Requirements
Must be BC.
Need a CT license.
Must have at least 5 years of consecutive CNM experience.
