Treatment Foster Care Clinician
As a Treatment Foster Care Clinician, you will work with children and youth placed in our TFC program to assess, develop service and treatment plans, provide needed therapy, and deliver clinical intervention when necessary. The program offers a family-based placement option for children with serious behavioral, emotional, or medical health needs who require more intensive interventions than traditional foster care can deliver. You will collaborate with foster parents, Department of Health and Welfare caseworkers, and parents to develop individual treatment goals for the child/youth while they are in the TFC program. The TFC Clinician acts as a pivotal member of the TFC Treatment Team, monitoring each youth’s treatment goals and progress, and aiding in determining readiness for discharge. This position also works as a member of the Clinical Team and benefits from ongoing training, clinical supervision, and support of that team.

Qualifications
Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Knowledge and experience utilizing psychological theories
Preferred: Experience working with children/youth, foster care services, and/or trauma-informed work
Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
