Treatment Foster Care Clinician

As a Treatment Foster Care Clinician, you will work with children and youth who are placed in our TFC program to assess, develop service and treatment plans, provide needed therapy and provide clinical intervention when necessary. Our program offers a family-based placement option for children with serious behavioral, emotional, or medical health needs, who require more intensive interventions and supports than traditional foster care is able to deliver. You will work with foster parents, Department of Health and Welfare caseworkers and parents to develop individual treatment goals for the child/youth while they are in the TFC program. The TFC Clinician acts as a pivotal member of the TFC Treatment Team and provides monitoring for each youth’s treatment goals, progress, and aids in determining when they are ready for discharge. This position also works as a member of the Clinical Team and benefits from the ongoing training, clinical supervision and support of that team.

What We’re Looking For
Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT
Knowledge and experience utilizing psychological theories
Preferred: Experience working with children/youth, foster care services, and/or trauma informed work
Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
