Summary
This is an entry‑level position requiring the employee to perform a wide variety of accounting and office support functions.

Responsibilities

Process various accounts payable invoices.

Process and reconcile monthly payables statements / invoices.

Work closely with vendors and perform prompt customer service.

Primary hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with occasional overtime.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years accounts payable experience is required.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write correspondence; ability to fluently speak and write in English.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None.

The work environment is typical office conditions; noise level is usually quiet to moderate.
