
BCBA Clinical Supervisor – Remote, Hybrid & Senior Opportunities Available

Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are.
Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
Stay hands‑on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
Role Requirements:
Active BCBA certification.
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration.
Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference.
Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors.
Compensation & Benefits:
Total Compensation:
$84,000 – $103,000 (Based on Experience, Role, & Region).
Performance Bonuses:
Up to $6,000.
Employment Bonus:
$10,000.
Continuing Education:
$1,000 CEU stipend, $1,000 CEU reimbursement, and in‑house CEU events.
