Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Located in Muncy, PA, this opportunity seeks FOUR Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a school district for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. This contract role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules available, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Provide behavior support to classroom teams within the district’s educational programs.
Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (referred to as ABA apprentices), ensuring they obtain both restricted and unrestricted hours required for BCBA certification.
Support students and teams through training, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and the development of Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs).
Collaborate with educational and clinical staff to promote positive behavior intervention strategies.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active BCBA certification.
Experience providing supervision to BCBA candidates or staff.
Strong skills in conducting FBAs and developing behavior support plans.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or virtual based on candidate preference.
