
Epic Analyst Home Health & Hospice

Responsibilities
Perform Epic application system analysis and design, including requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation of systems. Provide Epic application support, troubleshooting, training and reporting activities. Support non‑Epic integrated third‑party applications. Act as liaison between TSG groups, clients and vendors. Conduct advanced analysis of Epic application design, plan implementations and maximize application benefits. Mentor teammates in issue resolution, tracking, and updates to peers, leadership and clients. Manage assigned projects, meet deadlines, and conduct highly complex work independently with extensive latitude for judgment. Facilitate a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or equivalent experience required. Epic certified. Self‑initiated team player capable of working with minimal supervision and strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team setting, mentor teammates, prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively (oral, written, presentation). Must collaborate with clients and vendors. Primary business hours Monday‑Friday, including some weekends, holidays; after‑hours on‑call coverage required. Occasional travel required.

Pay & Benefits
Pay range: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
