The Occupational Therapist (OT) - Rehabilitation is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental impairments to improve their ability to perform daily activities. This role focuses on restoring function, enhancing independence, and delivering patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 1-2+ years of Occupational Therapist experience (Rehab preferred)
Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist License (Required prior to start)
BLS Certification (AHA - Required)
Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and ADL training
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation settings
Familiarity with EMR systems
Strong patient care and communication skills
Work Environment
Rehabilitation Department
Onsite role in New London, NH
Patient-focused clinical environment

Must be flexible with day shifts and scheduling needs
Ability to manage varied caseloads
Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
