Employment Litigation Paralegal (HYBRID)
Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience providing support to a dedicated NY Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney through all phases of cases from intake to trial. This includes assisting one attorney with daily tasks such as drafting documents, filing documents, organizing files, client communications, scheduling.
This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.
This role is hybrid, 3 days in the midtown office.
Responsibilities
Assist with case management
Organize and electronically file pleadings
Draft interrogatories and document requests
Intaking cases after they have been vetted and accepted.
Prepare files for issue of court proceedings.
Draft and filing EEOC Charges and responses
Keep the client regularly informed
Conduct legal research on various employment issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5-10 years' as a Paralegal working at a Plaintiff Employment Law Firm.
Litigation Experience required
Base Salary plus quarterly bonuses!
