Duties
Oversee, manage and coordinate activities of the CNAs
Provide compassionate patient care
Assist with all patient needs to include vital signs, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and required documentation.
Scheduling and hiring
Performs staff education and monitor CNA hours
Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Louisiana
CPR Certified
Patient care oriented
Excellent communication skills
Time Management Skills
Reliable Transportation
Long‑term care experience required
Supervisory and scheduling experience required
