Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician with strong diagnostic ability and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time. This role is ideal for someone who is highly competent in troubleshooting, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot equipment including walk‑ins, reach‑ins, ice machines, and rooftop units
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service calls
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and dispatch
Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (this is critical)
Experience with refrigeration systems and electrical controls
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage service calls
