Role Overview
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Start Date: May 26, 2026
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85044
Work Type: On‑Site
Shift: Monday‑Friday
Training: Day shift
Post‑training: Flexible start times (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM)
What You’ll Do
Handle high‑volume inbound calls from homeowners regarding payments, escrow, and general mortgage servicing questions.
Make a portion of outbound calls to remind borrowers of upcoming payments and offer payment‑by‑phone options (not collections).
Deliver professional, empathetic service while meeting quality, productivity, and attendance metrics.
Qualifications
2–3 years of recent call center experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
Customer service background in financial services, mortgage, banking, or loan servicing preferred.
Strong job tenure and reliability with no significant employment gaps.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour.
