Now Hiring: Call Center Representative (Inbound & Outbound) – Rapid Remodel
Are you confident on the phone, motivated by results, and great with people? Rapid Remodel is looking for a reliable and energetic Call Center Representative to join our growing team in the home improvement industry. This role focuses on both inbound and outbound calls, working directly with homeowners interested in remodeling and gutter services. This is a Hybrid Remote Position with some days in office (flexible) PHX AZ
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound calls from homeowners responding to marketing campaigns
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and set appointments
Qualify customer needs for bathroom remodeling, home upgrades, and gutter services
Schedule in‑home consultations for our sales team
Accurately enter and update customer information in CRM systems
Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful experience on every call
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and phone skills
Positive attitude with a goal-driven mindset
Previous call center or sales experience preferred
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling objections and turning leads into appointments
