Role Summary
Hands‑on accountant responsible for executing full‑cycle accounting and supporting day‑to‑day financial operations at the plant. This role is focused on execution and support, reporting into plant finance leadership.
Plant experience is NOT required, but a manufacturing tilt is preferred.
Core Responsibilities
Execute full‑cycle accounting activities
Prepare journal entries
Support month‑end close
General payroll and timekeeping support:
Timecard edits
General payroll administration tasks (not deeply technical payroll)
General accounting tasks and financial support to the plant
Support cost accounting efforts alongside on‑site Cost Accountant
Assist with sales and use tax as needed
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as an accountant
Comfortable in an operational / manufacturing‑adjacent environment
Prior manufacturing experience preferred but
not required
Comfortable working onsite with plant and operations teams
