Description
As the Real Estate Asset Management Associate, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive asset performance, support investment strategy, and enhance portfolio value. Reporting into a senior member of the asset management function, you will:

Conduct detailed financial analysis and ongoing performance reviews for a management‑intensive portfolio, including hospitality, senior housing, and healthcare assets.

Develop annual business plans, bi‑annual valuations, and maintain robust asset‑level financial models.

Partner with operating teams and equity partners to execute value‑creation strategies across construction, lease‑up, capital expenditure projects, and competitive market positioning.

Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategy and evaluate new opportunities.

Create and refine KPIs to improve transparency, accountability, and performance tracking across asset types.

Collaborate with investment teams on value‑add initiatives, capital structuring, and disposition planning.

Lead institutional‑quality reporting across monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc deliverables for internal and investor audiences.

Profile
For the Real Estate Asset Management Associate, we are seeking:

2+ years of professional experience in real estate asset management or a closely aligned function.

Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with BI or data aggregation tools preferred.

Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with C‑Suite executives, lenders, partners, and property‑level teams.

High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Willingness to travel for site and market visits.

Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.

A proactive mindset, integrity, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, investment‑led environment.
