Valbridge Property Advisors Greenville | Asheville | Columbia is seeking an experienced MAI-designated or Certified General Appraiser for a commercial appraiser position in our Greenville, South Carolina office. We are expanding our staff of MAI-designated and Certified General appraisers. Our office conducts appraisals in and around the Upstate of South Carolina, Midlands SC, and Western North Carolina. Our appraisers provide professional commercial real estate appraisal services for various real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, vacant land, and special use properties. Clients include lending institutions, attorneys, developers, accounting firms, and government agencies.

Requirements
Certified General Appraiser
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Argus and mapping programs
Ability to learn proprietary software platforms
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Acute attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize assignments while meeting deadlines
Self-motivation
Flexibility to work autonomously or as a team member
A positive, professional attitude
Willingness to travel for education and work assignments
