
Facilities & Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and highly versatile Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support the
day-to-day operational needs of our office, warehouse, and surrounding property. This hands-on role
serves as a corporate “jack-of-all-trades,” responsible for facility upkeep, grounds maintenance,
warehouse support, fleet assistance, and general repair work to ensure a safe, functional, and well-
maintained environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine groundskeeping and lawn care, including mowing, trimming, debris removal, and exterior upkeep
Maintain and repair building systems and structures, including minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work
Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to repair requests to minimize downtime and safety risks
Receive, accept, unload, and organize deliveries; operate forklifts and material-handling equipment (training and certification provided)
Assist with warehouse organization, material storage, and inventory support
Support fleet vehicle maintenance, including basic inspections, cleaning, fueling, and minor servicing
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of office, warehouse, and common areas
Assist with setup, breakdown, and logistical support for internal needs as required
Identify maintenance issues and recommend repairs or improvements
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and safety standards
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Certifications & Licenses: Electrical License (Preferred, but not required); Experience: At least 5 years' working experience in the illustrated field
Prior experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, warehouse operations, or a similar hands‑on role preferred
General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance tasks
Ability and willingness to be trained and certified as a forklift operator
Physically able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as needed
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Reliable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
Preferred Skills
Experience operating forklifts or warehouse equipment
Familiarity with groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance
Basic understanding of vehicle and equipment maintenance
Experience in a warehouse or facilities environment
Combination of office, warehouse, and outdoor work environments
Regular physical activity, including standing, bending, lifting, and manual labor
Exposure to varying weather conditions when working outdoors
