Overview
Our agency has two locations and has been serving the community for 18 years. Our successful agency is growing, and we are seeking an individual who is friendly and professional, has good communication skills, is self-driven, has the ability to stay calm under pressure and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
As our newest customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering customer queries, providing potential customers with detailed information about our products, reviewing policies and directing calls to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.

Qualifications
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is preferred
Are you looking for a meaningful career in a local business that has national brand support people recognize and trust?
Insurance experience preferred
Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus)
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual preferred
