Overview
We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a full-time night shift provider. The position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and is open to new graduates. This role participates in Vibra Healthcare’s Clinical Career Ladder, allowing for pay increases after successful completion of the Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels.

Hospital Details
Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas, located in Mandan, ND, is a 41-bed critical care hospital offering long-term acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries.

Responsibilities
Responsible for providing efficient, quality-oriented patient care within the scope of the department's policy and procedure manual. Performs support activities such as equipment maintenance, changes, inventory, and sets up and operates various types of respiratory care equipment to be utilized in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness.

Required Skills

Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program.

Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist in the state of employment.

Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.

ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six (6) months of hire.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

1 year critical care and/or artificial airway and ventilator care experience preferred.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.

Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
