What You’ll Be Doing
You won’t just be “checking boxes”—you’ll be building real experience:
Support audit and assurance engagements across a variety of industries
Assist with financial statement preparation and compliance
Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls
Work directly with clients to gather financial data and keep engagements moving
Collaborate with senior auditors and managers on audit execution
Stay up to date on GAAP, GAAS, and industry standards
Get exposure to tax and advisory work (if interested)

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–4 years of public accounting experience Audit preferred, but tax professionals looking to transition into audit are encouraged to apply
Understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment
