is nestled in Mountain City, Tennessee which is conveniently located near Johnson City, TN, Boone, NC, and Abingdon, VA. We are a 120-bed residential treatment facility and assist in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues for our young adolescent patients. We are seeking a meticulous and compassionate

Admissions Coordinator

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment/admission.

Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Collect, review, and process required applications, forms, and documentation.

Maintain accurate records in databases and filing systems.

Schedule interviews, tours, assessments, or appointments as needed.

Communicate admission decisions, next steps, and deadlines to applicants.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding/admission transitions.

Provide excellent customer service to applicants, families, and referral sources.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Prepare reports and track admissions data as requested.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous experience in admissions, customer service, healthcare, education, or administrative support preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
