Required Proficiency In:
Preparing and managing submittals.
Developing and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information).
Performing conceptual estimating during early project phases.
Coordinating all aspects of design across disciplines.
Leading design-build projects from inception to completion.
Managing various delivery types of design-build projects, ensuring successful execution from concept through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Provide accurate, detailed estimates to support effective planning and execution.
Manage contracts, change orders, and all relevant project documentation with efficiency and precision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or work experience.
3+ years of experience and/or extensive knowledge within construction project management/estimating (including project scheduling, document management, and cost/budget control).
Strong leadership, management, communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Capable of developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with coworkers, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and customers/clients.
