Operate shop equipment such as lasers, benders, presses, welding, and polishing equipment to produce high‑quality metal parts. Duties include loading material, running machines, performing basic inspections, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.
What You’ll Do
Operate a variety of shop equipment and fabrication processes
Load raw materials and unload finished parts
Perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards
Support production flow and team operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or hands‑on work preferred
Willingness to learn and operate different types of equipment
Basic math and measuring skills
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
