Wagner is hiring Press Operators to run punch press and drill equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Whether you have press experience or come from a background in machining, fabrication, or production—we’re open to training the right person.
2nd shift includes a $5/hour shift premium for full-time employees.
What You’ll Do
Operate punch press and drill/tap machines to produce metal parts
Load materials and monitor machines during operation
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Assist with machine setup and tooling adjustments
Use measuring tools (tape, calipers, gauges)
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a machine operator, press operator, CNC operator, or in manufacturing preferred
OR experience in construction, warehouse, or hands-on work with mechanical aptitude
Ability to read basic prints and use measuring tools
Basic math skills (fractions and measurements)
Reliable and willing to learn
