Summary
The Senior Analyst will work in partnership with the Managing Director and Vice President (Client Advisors / “CAs”) to cover institutional investors in the western half of the United States. The Analyst’s primary objective is to help grow the business in the territory.
Ideal Experience
~1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to financial markets.
Experience in investment banking, asset management, or investment/management consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities
Clients: Deep knowledge of the territory; understand, analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information about institutional investors, draft thoughtful prep notes, identify business leads, target contacts, update Salesforce, and find creative ways to use AI.
Investments: Deep understanding of Neuberger Berman’s investment capabilities; maintain database of talking points, familiarize with external content, liaise with investment teams, pursue campaign ideas, help Client Advisors prospect solutions.
Due diligence: Collaborate with MD/VP and adjacent teams to support investors during due diligence—assist with agendas, custom decks, scheduling, research and answers to client questions.
RFPs: Lead the RFP process—source opportunities, review documents, coordinate internally, finalize submission packets.
Follow‑ups: Prepare meeting materials and draft follow‑ups.
Campaign management & contact planning: Propose outreach ideas, maintain detailed logs in Salesforce.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $80,000‑$100,000. The range is a guideline and may be modified. The compensation package includes base salary, discretionary bonus, retirement contributions, and benefits such as paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
