Job Responsibilities
Execute operational activities accurately within defined SLAs, including invoice processing, vendor master management, and payments.
Resolve vendor inquiries and internal issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and audit requests.
Collaborate with off-shore teams on operational activities and system support.
Monitor AP integration issues and collaborate with IT/Financial Applications teams to resolve.
Provide support and analysis on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Ensure business process/policy documentation is maintained regularly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or accounting.
1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience in a global organization.
Experience using Coupa, Oracle Fusion, or any other ERP.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
Financial Service Industry experience preferred.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $40 – $60/hr
