Position Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage AP activities related to trust and personal entities, distinct from standard operating accounts payable. This is a forward‑facing role that requires sound judgment, strong follow‑through, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with care.

Key Responsibilities

Process approximately 20–40 invoices per day with accuracy and consistency

Manage utilities, vendor invoices, and payments tied to trust and personal entities

Ensure all transactions impacting bank accounts are accurately recorded

Apply payments and maintain documentation using Bill.com and QuickBooks Desktop

Maintain strict confidentiality across all financial records and activities

Serve as a reliable, professional point of contact within a forward‑facing AP function

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and consistent follow‑through

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

Calm, steady, and positive demeanor

Comfortable working in a multi‑entity environment

Degree not required

Candidates with frequent job changes or limited AP depth may not be a fit
