Position Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage AP activities related to trust and personal entities, distinct from standard operating accounts payable. This is a forward‑facing role that requires sound judgment, strong follow‑through, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Process approximately 20–40 invoices per day with accuracy and consistency


• Manage utilities, vendor invoices, and payments tied to trust and personal entities


• Ensure all transactions impacting bank accounts are accurately recorded


• Apply payments and maintain documentation using Bill.com and QuickBooks Desktop


• Maintain strict confidentiality across all financial records and activities


• Serve as a reliable, professional point of contact within a forward‑facing AP function

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred


• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow‑through


• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism


• Calm, steady, and positive demeanor


• Comfortable working in a multi‑entity environment


• Degree not required


• Candidates with frequent job changes or limited AP depth may not be a fit
