Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

Eligible for Monarch's Commission Structure / up to $100 per new move‑in you secure

What you will be doing:
Manage leasing process, identifying potential residents' needs and addressing them
Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
Demonstrate understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings during tours
Use creative outreach marketing and support resident events
What you need to have:
Strong computer skills
6 months’ experience in multifamily or custom service field
Skilled problem solving
Excellent communication skills
An unmatched dedication to customer service
