Eligibility
Degree Level: LLB
Responsibilities
Litigation Management
Handle and manage cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (Cheque Bounce cases).
Manage recovery suits filed for outstanding balances and dues.
Handle Motor Vehicle related cases (MVCA) including accident claims and related proceedings.
Manage labour law cases including disputes, claims, and compliance matters.
Handle consumer complaints and litigation before appropriate forums.
Coordinate with external advocates, prepare case briefs, and track case progress.
Ensure timely filings, hearings, and compliance with court procedures.
Initiate and monitor legal proceedings for recovery of overdue amounts.
Draft and issue legal notices, demand notices, and recovery-related correspondence.
Assist in negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolution.
