Job Title
Master Scheduler
Responsibilities
Perform planning and scheduling activities within the ERP system, including SAP.
Monitor and control order deadlines, priorities, and capacity constraints.
Conduct material forecasting and analysis to ensure availability and minimize shortages.
Collaborate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to align schedules.
Perform quality control checks related to planning, scheduling, and item accuracy.
Analyze data and trends to identify risks, improve scheduling efficiency, and support decision-making.
Maintain documentation and reporting related to schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Essential Skills
Experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
Ability to manage assortments and complex item structures.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with inventory management.
Work Environment
Work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with a focus on collaboration across procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams. Utilize advanced ERP systems including SAP, along with Microsoft Excel, to facilitate planning and scheduling activities.
Job Type & Location
Contract to Hire position based out of Strongsville, OH.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
