Conduct needs‑based consultations to deliver tailored insurance solutions
Sell and cross‑sell a range of products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Build and sustain long‑term client relationships through regular support and policy reviews
Consistently achieve personal sales targets to fuel your career progression and agency growth
Stay on top of industry trends, products, and compliance standards
Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track follow‑ups, and process renewals
Collaborate with the team to drive collective success and participate in agency development strategies
Who You Are
At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or insurance roles (preferred)
Exceptional communicator and negotiator
Confident making outbound calls and closing sales
Coachable, ambitious, and willing to learn
Strong organization and time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus
